Clinical Trials Office (CTO) websites are an important tool for researchers, sponsors, and patients. The HIT lab is currently assessing CTO websites both qualitatively and quantitatively to understand their shortcomings and determine the key areas that need to be improved.  Understanding the sites’ most significant weaknesses will enable facilities to focus their efforts to better the site.
