Biography:
Ashley Edwards attended Columbia for five years, obtaining a BS in chemical engineering and a BA in visual arts. After her fifth year of study she decided to pursue medicine and sought work in public health after graduation. Ashley assisted Sheila Rothman at the Center for the Study of Society and Medicine (CSSM) with research regarding the social consequences of genetic technology. Following work for CSSM, she began work for a web company called CareerMD.Ashley is currently in California and works remotely on some of our on going grants as well as assists the research staff with publications.
