Fard describes himself as a digital health futurist. Fard is co-author of the #1 bestselling book ePatient 2015: 15 Surprising Trends Changing Healthcare, which has been featured in Bloomberg, Forbes and other top publications.

Fard has worked in the health industry for about 20 years and has been focused on the innovation and technology arena for more than a decade. He also has conducted in-depth research on how people use health technologies and whether content consumed on the Web, social media, and other platforms influences behavior and shapes well-being. Fard has been featured in numerous media, including the Los Angeles Times, NPR, and USA Today. Fard's firm delivers research, non-obvious insights, unique educational initiatives and more to leaders and executives from Sydney to San Francisco. Fard has his MA in Health policy, economics, and communication from New York University.
