Since our founding, the HIT Lab has relied on a diverse set of individuals to maintain our reputation for innovative programs. Each staff member at the Lab contributes an original point of view, stemming from unique academic backgrounds which include public health, engineering, computer science, psychology, social work, economics, statistics, anthropology, sociology, and law.

We are united by the Lab’s mission and our common goal: to make a positive impact on the world of public health through ICT innovation. A parallel mission of the Lab has been to serve as a launch pad for graduates and young researchers. We provide professional development in the form of on-the-job training, intensive one-on-one coaching, frequent feedback sessions, and offsite training.

For those looking to build a long term career, we offer opportunities for role advancement, skill enhancement and leadership development. Each staff member undergoes tailored leadership, research, higher education and life skills training every year.
