Collaboration and support from stakeholders across various industries is essential to bring new ideas to scale in our complex healthcare system. This means that the innovator in India with a revolutionary idea can't break into the US market -- simply for lack of access to industry connections and expert consultation.
The HITLAB World Cup invites entrepreneurs and innovators from around the world to share their ideas for combating global public health issues -- offering the chance for participants to win funding and support that can grow concepts to scale.
The global competition works to tackle major public health problems while fostering innovation and grassroots entrepreneurship. Innovators from every continent and discipline are invited to submit their idea for the chance to collaborate with leaders in government, finance, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Here, industry decision-makers find new innovations to solve their business problems -- and innovators connect with the people who are capable of turning big ideas into reality. The event attracts leading influencers in healthcare, and uncovers talented innovators from all corners of the globe.
“The Healthcare Innovation World Cup was the best thing that happened to our company. Since winning the competition, everything has been moving in the right direction.” – Josh Stein, AdhereTech, WInner of 2013 Healthcare Innovation World Cup
