Prior to joining HITLAB, Jamie worked at Columbia Business School, where she designed and facilitated original learning programs on innovation for the Executive Education Program.
Jamie is also a licensed social worker and brings with her an extensive passion for improving the lives of others. Before her time at Columbia, she worked as an individual therapist, primarily with individuals with eating and weight disorders. In addition to working directly with clients, Jamie was involved in the research and design of a mobile health technology app as part of a novel treatment for eating disorders. She also has experience working with underserved youth and individuals with disabilities. She is excited to now work in a role where she will be helping others on a global scale.
Jamie received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, her Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
When not working, Jamie can be found hunting down the best cup of coffee in the city, going to comedy shows, and planning her next big trip.
