Manuj Khullar has joined HITLAB, India as an innovation intern. Manuj is a student in the department of management studies, IIT Delhi. His career has spanned the fields of product development, consulting, business development, and marketing.
Prior to joining HITLAB, Manuj worked for Tot-Tok, a personalized learning and development platform for early childhood; Noroc Solutions (Binge), a restaurant table-booking platform; and RedBus, a bus ticketing company. He also worked for Bally Technologies, which is a casino game and systems development company. Currently he serves as a part-time consultant for LeoMaster, a leading mobile apps solution provider based out of Beijing, China.
At Tot-Tok, Manuj was responsible for business development. In that capacity, he conducted competition analysis, developing pricing structures, customer segmentation, and prioritization activities. At Binge, he was responsible for social media marketing. At Redbus, he was a software product engineering intern handling product development. At Bally, he was a part of the interactive gaming division where his role included game development and testing. Currently his role as a consultant in LeoMaster is to analyze the Indian mobile gaming industry landscape and suggest recommendations and strategies for implementing localized game ideas that can succeed in the Indian market.
As a student at IIT, Manuj is a part of an industry interaction cell that implements industry talks, conclaves and other industry engagements. He was part of the team that successfully conducted the Annual Business Summit of IIT Delhi, “Building India Inc. 2016.” Additionally, he was the chief coordinator of IIT Delhi Alumni Day 2015 and Silver Jubilee Reunion ’91 Batch, where he spearheaded fund-raising, handled social media promotions, and coordinated the agenda’s execution.
Manuj holds a bachelor of technology degree in computer science and engineering from VIT University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu (India).
When not working, he likes to travel, try new eateries, and watch movies.
