Marketing and design intern
Nora Landis-Shack is a current student at Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health, where she is pursuing her Master’s degree in the Sociomedical Sciences department with a Health Promotion certificate. Her studies focus on the intersection of innovative technology and health.
Before coming to Columbia, Nora worked at the National Center for Youth Law and San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocates and two nonprofits in California addressing health and social justice needs for youth in underserved communities. In both roles, she worked on a wide range of marketing projects addressing web strategy, content creation, and social media outreach. She continues to provide these services as a freelance consultant to nonprofit organizations on both coasts.
Nora received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Haverford College with a minor in Peace Justice studies. When not working, Nora is an alumni interviewer for her alma mater. She is also an avid cook, lover of breakfast dates, and frequent hiker.
