• Have an iOS or Android smartphone
• Able to read and complete surveys in English
• No severe or high-risk pregnancy complications
• Ability to provide written informed consent

What’s Involved?

• Remote Participation (app-based)
• Use the free maternal health and wellness app for 30-45 days
• Brief weekly check-ins with study team
• Surveys and interviews at the end of the study
