ENB-003: Multi-dimensional Evaluation for Drug-Resistant Cancers

Immunotherapy resistance remains a critical limitation in oncology, particularly in microsatellite stable (MSS) tumors. ENB-003, a first-in-class selective endothelin B receptor (ETBR) inhibitor, targets immune exclusion by restoring T-cell trafficking into tumors.

While immune checkpoint inhibitors have transformed oncology, their impact is limited by high non-response rates. A key barrier is the inability of immune cells to access tumor tissue. Emerging evidence identifies ETBR as a central regulator of this immune exclusion.

Addressing this upstream mechanism represents a paradigm shift from traditional immunotherapy approaches. This poster presents HITLAB’s independent evaluation, integrating clinical, mechanistic, and economic evidence. Findings demonstrate strong early efficacy, favorable safety, and biomarker-driven precision, positioning ENB-003 as a promising solution to a major unmet need in cancer care.
