HITLAB researchers conducted a thorough evaluation of the VitalFriend’s platform, in the form of a heuristic evaluation. The evaluation focused on platform usability; BUDDI was reviewed onlyas a representative integrated device. A heuristic evaluationidentified strengths in usability and areas for improvement innavigation clarity, alert prioritization, and onboarding workflows.
