RA management relies primarily on inflammatory biomarkers, symptom scores, imaging, and physician assessment, providing limited visibility into autonomic dysfunction and physiologic stress burden.

Growing evidence suggests that autonomic imbalance is associated with inflammation, fatigue, cardiovascular risk, disease severity, and treatment variability in RA, yet these factors are rarely measured in routine care.

The emerging field of immuno-autonomics highlights important interactions between the nervous system, immune function, and inflammatory processes, but practical clinical tools have been lacking.

Traditional autonomic testing is resource-intensive, requiring specialist referral, prolonged monitoring, and dedicated infrastructure, limiting accessibility for RA patients.

Healthcare providers require scalable,workflow-friendly approaches to integrate emerging physiologic insights into routine practice. There remains a need for additional objective biomarkers that can complement existing disease activity assessments and support a more holistic understanding of patient status.

CloudHRV® provides objective quantification of autonomic nervous system activity, offering a complementary physiological dimension alongside traditional RA assessment tools.

The tool measures both sympathetic and parasympathetic activity, enabling clinicians to assess autonomic patterns that may influence overall disease burden and patient well-being. It translates immuno-autonomic science into a clinically deployable assessment capable of generating objective autonomic data at the point of care.

CloudHRV® delivers a five-minute, non-invasive, medical-grade assessment without specialist referral or extended monitoring. It combines FDA clearance, automated cloud-based reporting, CPT-supported reimbursement, and staff- enabled workflows to support real-world clinical adoption.

CloudHRV® provides reproducible autonomic measurements that may augment traditional clinical evaluation by capturing physiological information not reflected in standard inflammatory markers. It enables earlier identification of physiologic dysregulation that may not be captured through conventional laboratory or symptom-based assessments alone.
