WHTI is a platform/community destination that allows digital health professionals to browse, learn, network and participate in digital health and digital health research and other topics relating to healthcare and technology and AI, and learn more about experiences or other services offered by HITLAB. As used in this Terms of Service document, “WHTI” means the destination located at the WHTI website for WHTI and/or its subdomains [(together with any mobile versions, and any successor sites), regardless of how accessed], together with all features and functionalities, user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with such.The WHTI website is built on a digital website platform, and is operated by HITLAB as Administrator.By using, engaging with, browsing on, purchasing items/making bookings via the WHTI website or the affiliated websites (such as when auto-enrolled in events through Eventbrite.com), you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of the WHTI website. Please read them carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. Having a user account on the WHTI website enables you to enjoy an enhanced experience. It helps us recognize you and retain your preferences and enables you to manage and change your account settings.  You can sign up for your own account on the WHTI website when you check out. Take good care of your user name and password!In creating and using your user account for use on the WHTI website, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on any registration form required for the account (such information being the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. 2. Use of Site.

While we take all reasonable steps so that the WHTI website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year, the website may sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues.  We will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible, we will try to give our users advance warning of maintenance issues, but shall not be obliged to do so.Harassment in any manner or form on the site or at any affiliated events or educational experiences, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including HITLAB or WHTI entities and/or other vendor, employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the website any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Website or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

3. Event, Research or Product Descriptions.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product or experience descriptions, and  other content on the Website. We don’t warrant that product/experience descriptions or other content on any of the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Website itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund. As relates to experiences, if you have a compliant or consumer issue, please reach out here to inquire about a refund.In the event that a product offered on the Website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we  reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 3. Application Process for Higher Tiers

1. Membership Cancellation and Auto-Renewal Policy

• Your membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment and will automatically renew on a yearly basis unless you cancel your membership prior to the date of the auto-renewal.

• To cancel your membership, please contact us at the provided contact information. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and any applicable refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days .

• In case your membership auto-renews and you do not wish to continue it, you need to write to us to cancel your membership within 24hrs of auto-renewal for refund, else HITLAB is not responsible for the amount charged.

Should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no additional consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and you are waiving any claim against the HITLAB Entities and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas, even if material or an idea is used that is substantially similar to the material or idea you sent.Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Service shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.Changes to Terms of Service and Assignment. We may, from time to time, change these Terms of Service. Such revisions shall be effective immediately; provided however, for existing members, such revisions shall, unless otherwise stated, be effective 30 days after posting.
